Training in a post-covid world

When Covid 19 closed the door on most in-person training, the world switched to seminars and conference calls. Unfortunately not every meeting of people is able to seamlessly transition and produce the same meaningful results. This is particularly true of emerging/future leader programmes, where the 70:20:10 rule relies heavily on experience and developmental relationships which is almost impossible to emulate effectively in digital form.





And so i cant tell you how much joy it brought to me this week, when i was able to go to a hotel and witness (albeit at a distance) the in-person leadership programme taking place.

and so began the search for a new combination that will make traditional and technology-enhanced learning more effective.
